This Privacy Policy explains how Unlockers Cloud (“we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit 1lockers.net, use our SaaS panels or our mobile apps (including Prestapp). We follow Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and related rules.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Website & forms

• Identity and contact details; billing data when needed; technical logs and cookies; payments via gateways (we do not store full card numbers).

1.2 Mobile apps (Prestapp and others)

• Account/session data; business data you or your organization enter; limited device/diagnostics data.
• Current Prestapp requests Internet permission to sync with the server. Additional permissions, if added later, will be requested in-context and this policy will be updated.
• We do not sell app data to third-party advertisers.

2. Purposes

Provide and improve services; authenticate users; billing and support; security; legal compliance; optional marketing with a valid legal basis.

3. Sharing

Service providers under confidentiality; authorities when required; your organization admins for business accounts. We do not sell personal data.

4. Security & retention

HTTPS/TLS, access controls and backups as applicable. Retention follows account life, tax rules and security needs.

5. Your rights
