Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Unlockers Cloud websites, dashboards, APIs, SaaS products and mobile applications (including Prestapp and any app published under our developer account) at 1lockers.net and official app stores. By using our services you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.

1. Acceptance

Using any Unlockers Cloud service means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Refund Policy. For mobile apps, installing or signing in also constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

Unlockers Cloud may provide, among others:

• Hosting & email: web hosting, DNS, email and infrastructure.
• Web design & development: sites, landings, stores and custom apps.
• Software / SaaS: panels (e.g. Katana), CRM, billing, support and internal tools.
• Mobile apps: apps such as Prestapp for operational workflows authorized by your organization.
• Marketing & consulting: SEO, ads, content and technology advisory.

3. Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account or organization.
• Notify unauthorized access promptly at [email protected].
• For business apps (e.g. Prestapp), your organization admin defines roles; use the app only within that authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the services for illegal activity, malware/spam, attacks, unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, or misuse of mobile apps outside authorized purposes.

5. Mobile applications

• Apps are provided as published on Google Play or other official channels.
• They may require Internet connectivity and authentication against our servers or your tenant.
• Personal data processing in apps is described in the Privacy Policy.
• In-app purchases, if any, also follow the store rules and our refund policy when we bill you directly.

6. Payments

Prices are usually in Colombian pesos (COP) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by secure providers. Non-payment may lead to suspension.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel according to your plan or contract. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or harmful use.

8. Intellectual property

Unlockers Cloud IP remains ours. Your content remains yours, with a limited license for us to operate the service.

9. Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by Colombian law, liability is limited as described in the Spanish version of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at https://1lockers.net/terms.

11. Governing law

Laws of Colombia. Disputes: courts of Bucaramanga, Santander, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
